How to get help
Contact the foundation with a short description of the need. On this page — what to prepare for the first contact and how to agree on the next steps.
Updated on 12 September 2026 · Information for applicants
1. Choose the type of request
The foundation works in six areas. State the relevant area in the subject line — this helps make clear which matter the request is about.
- For the military — the unit’s material needs, medical kits, warm clothing, and support for the wounded.
- Dental care for service members — requests concerning treatment and the possibility of making a doctor’s appointment.
- For children — requests from parents, legal representatives, or children’s institutions.
- For displaced people — humanitarian needs of people and families who have left their homes.
- For hospitals — equipment, consumables, and other needs of a medical institution.
- For animals — requests from volunteers, shelters, and people who help animals.
2. Prepare a short description of the need
For a first letter, your name, city, a contact for a reply, and a clear description of the situation are enough. If you are writing on behalf of an organization, add its name and your role.
For material aid, make a list: the name of the item, the quantity needed, and the size or characteristic. For equipment, the model, purpose, and compatibility are important. If there is a desired time frame, state it and the reason it is urgent.
Copies of passports, full medical documents, and other sensitive materials are not needed in the first letter. Agree separately on the procedure for transferring documents for review. Do not publish military coordinates and routes in open access.
3. Contact the foundation
Official email: info@andriukfoundation.com. Phone: +38 (098) 656-79-35. On contacts page you can prepare the text of a message and open it in your email or copy it.
Sending a request does not mean that aid is automatically approved. The foundation must clarify the request, the required documents, and the available resources. There are no confirmed universal time frames for providing aid: the time frame and the scope must be agreed for the specific request.
4. Arrange receipt
Before the trip, check whether the aid has been confirmed, who is responsible for the handover, and the place and time of the meeting. The foundation’s legal address — Rivne, 17 Myru Avenue — does not in itself mean that a distribution point operates there.
If the need has changed, or you have already received aid from another source, say so in the same correspondence. That will make it easier to clarify the current request.
How to check the status of a request
Reply in the original email thread, remind us of the date of the request, and briefly state what has changed. Do not send the same request every day to different addresses.
Before sharing personal data, please read the privacy policy. For questions about the foundation’s work, open the publications and reporting section.
