The foundation’s mission and work

Charitable organization “International Charitable Foundation of Oleksandr Andriuk” (Благодійна організація «Міжнародний благодійний фонд Олександра Андріюка») — a nonprofit, non-governmental charitable organization. The Foundation was officially registered in Ukraine on 26 July 2017 (legal entity identification code 41481057).

The Foundation is not a commercial enterprise: it does not conduct business activity for the sake of profit and does not distribute income among the founder, members of governing bodies, or employees. All funds collected and material aid received are directed exclusively to statutory charitable purposes. The Foundation’s founder and head, Oleksandr Andriuk, works on a volunteer basis.

Our mission

To systematically and transparently support people who, not of their own will, have found themselves in difficult life circumstances — service members, children, displaced people, and hospital patients — and to create, for every child, conditions in which they can grow, learn, and develop in safety. We bring together volunteers, donors, and partners so that aid is targeted, timely, and accountable.

What we do

The foundation runs six ongoing charitable programs:

• Military aid — gear, medicines, and essentials for units defending Ukraine.
• Dental care for service members — free dental care for service members, provided by the Foundation’s partner physicians.
• Help for children — support for orphans and children who have ended up in hardship because of the war, economic instability, or family difficulties.
• Help for hospitals — equipment, consumables, and resources for medical institutions working under an increased load.
• Help for displaced people — support for internally displaced people: finding housing, employment, access to medical services, humanitarian kits.
• Help for animals — rescue, treatment, and care for homeless animals.

We provide aid upon request: a person, an organization, a military unit, or a hospital sends an application in the prescribed form. The foundation’s publications and the procedure for requesting information about specific programs are collected in the “Reports and news” section. Results published by the foundation

On the foundation’s previous website (andriukfoundation.org), the mission section gives these results of its work: 8.3 million UAH of funds raised for designated programs and 124 tonnes of humanitarian aid delivered. These are figures the foundation has already published; they do not replace financial reporting. Supporting documents for a particular program or period can be requested at the official email.

Founder's story and team

The Foundation grew out of Oleksandr Andriuk’s personal story. The impetus was a tragedy in the family — the death of his own brother and his seven-year-old niece in a car accident.
