How to contact the foundation
For a first request it is enough to briefly describe the need and to state the city and a contact for a reply. The applicant may be a person, a representative of a family, an organization, a military unit, or a medical institution.
Choose an area of aid: the military, children, displaced people, hospitals, animals, or the dental program.
Write to info@andriukfoundation.com. For a request for material aid, give the list and quantity of items needed.
Agree on the required documents and the next steps. The availability of aid and the time frames need to be confirmed with the foundation.
Do not send copies of passports, full medical documents, or other sensitive materials in the first letter. If they are needed for review, the procedure for transferring them is agreed separately.

These materials show individual cases of aid provided, but they are not audited financial reporting. For supporting documents regarding a specific program or donation, write to the foundation’s official email.
