What to include in the first request
The name of the institution, the city, the contact of the responsible person, a list of materials or equipment, the quantity, and the required specifications. An official request will help clarify the need.
How to offer help
Partners should state the completeness of the set, the technical condition, the shelf life of consumables, and whether delivery is possible. Acceptance and compatibility are agreed with the institution.
